Trip Overview

Numbur Cheese Circuit is a virgin circuit trekking trail in the lap of Everest and Rolwaling Region. This trekking trail leads you through lots of pastures land, colorful Rhododendron, trekking passes, lakes and magical views of Mountains like : Mt. Everest ranges, Gaurisankhar Himalayas,Jugal Himal, Lantang Ranges and many more.

Panch Pokhari, Jata Pokhari, Kal Pokhari are popular Altitude lakes form of melting Glaciers in Numbur Cheese Circuit trail. This trail is habitat of Red Panda, Musk deer, Himalayan Thar, Danfe and many more. The remote and unspoiled route following remote settlement, the peoples, their cultures, their traditions and their  life style can be explore very nearly.

Detail Itinerary

DAY : 01 Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel.

DAY : 02 Half day sightseeing to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath temple and Bouddhanath Stupa.

DAY : 03 Drive to Jiri/ Shivalaya (9hrs)

DAY : 04 Shivalaya to Khare (4hrs)-2174m

DAY : 05 Khare  to Pani Pakha (4hrs)-3108m

DAY : 06 Pani Pakha to Mane Danda (3-4 hrs)-3937m

DAY : 07 Mane Danda to Panch Pokhari (4hrs)-4250m.

DAY : 08 Panch Pokhari  pass (4607m) and overnight at Thare Kharka (5hrs)-4140m

DAY : 09 Thare Kharka to Gyazo-La pass (4880m) and overnight at Ngeju Kharka (4-5hrs)-3690m

DAY : 10 Ngeju Kharka to Lhachhewar (5hrs)-2766m.

DAY : 11 Lhachhewar to Kyama (4hrs)-2254m.

DAY : 12 Kyama to Gumdel (2hrs)-2255m.

DAY : 13 Gumdel to Serding (4hrs)-3360m

DAY : 14 Serding to Todung (3080m)

DAY : 15 Todung to Lapchane (3105m)

DAY : 16 Lapchane to Those (1755m) and drive back to Kathmandu via Jiri

DAY : 17  Full day sightseeing  to Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square..

DAY : 18 Departure from Kathmandu.
