The following equipments list is suggested and necessary for both camping and tea house trekking in the Himalayas.

General Checklist

1. Light weight trekking boots
2. Lightweight hiking shoes and or light weight Footwear around camp/lodge

6. Fleece or woolen trousers/pants
7. Telescopic ski-sticks (1 pair)
8. Altitude head lamp (spare bulbs/batteries)

1. Bandage for sprains
2. Iodine
3. Insect repellent spray or lotion
4. Hydrocolloid dressing (blisters)

6. Antiseptic ointment for cuts
7. Aspirin/ Paracetamol (Pain killer)
8. Diamox (Altitude sickness)
9. intestinal antibiotic (Like ®Ercefluryl)
10. Diarrhea stopper (Imodium)
