    Trip Overview

    Nar Phu is Nepal’s one of the best unspoiled, unexplored, off the beaten path destination. This area is listed in the restricted area by Govt. of Nepal so, require special permit to Trek. Nar phu is composed of two hidden villages Nar and Phu and ethnically Tibetan inhabitants so, their culture, tradition, language are as similar as Tibetan. The culture and tradition are untouched by any other culture, they are same as ancient. The cultural activities during the Birth, Death, Marriage, they got their own style. Yak herding, traditional agriculture are the main occupation of local around Nar phu.
    The destination offer the pleasant view of snowcapped breathtaking Himalayas like Annapurna, Lamjung Himal, Mt. Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Tilicho Peak, Mt. Machhapuchre etc., many exotic birds, Varities of Fauna like Langur, Blue sheep, Musk Deer etc.

    Detail Itinerary

    DAY 01 :  Arrival to Kathmandu airport and transfer to Hotel

    DAY 02 : Half day sightseeing to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa and Bouddhanath Stupa

    DAY 03 : Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m) and trek to Bhulbhule (840m )

    DAY 04 : Bhulbhule to Jagat (1300m)

    DAY 05 : Jagat to Dharapani (1860m)

    DAY 06 : Dharapani to Koto (2600m)

    DAY 07 : Koto to  Dharamshala (3230m)

    DAY 08 : Dharamshala to Kyang

    DAY 09 : Kyang to Phu (4746m)

    DAY 10 : Explore Phu

    DAY 11 : Phu to Naar Phedi

    DAY 12:  Naar Phedi – Naar (4110m)

    DAY 13 : Naar to pass Kangla Bhanjyang (5306m) –Nawal (3660m)

    DAY 14 : Nawal to Manang (3540m)

    DAY 15 : Visit  Manang and overnight at Yak Kharka (4018m)

    DAY 16 : Yak Kharka to Thorung Phedi High Camp (4648m)

    DAY 17 : Cross Thorong pass (5416m) and trek to Muktinath (3800m)

    DAY 18 : Muktinath to Jomsom (2710m)

    DAY 19 : Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara

    DAY 20 : Sightseeing around Pokhara Valley

    DAY 21 : Drive back Kathmandu

    DAY 22 : Full day sightseeing to Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

    DAY 23 : Departure from Kathmandu
