Trip Overview

Nepal is equally beautiful from every part because of its Varity in Landscape, Flora and Fauna, culture, Tradition and the people. Lower Mustang is short trek of Upper Mustang trek. The trek will drive you to the base of Thorung La mountain pass, Muktinath (3710m) situated in the lap of Himalayas with 108 taps surrounding the temple. The temple is taken as a sacred place for both Hinduism and Buddhism. The Buddhism takes this place as one important destination among 24 Tantric places in Buddhism whereas Hinduism believes as a place of Salvation.
The main attraction to Lower Mustang trek is the Tree Less desert like Mountain Deseret, Panoramic Mountains like Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and many more. The Trek trail will also help to experience the ancient Local Tibetan culture, traditions and their lifestyle.

Detail Itinerary

DAY: 01 Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel.

DAY: 02  Half day sightseeing to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath temple and Bouddhanath Stupa

DAY: 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

DAY: 04 Pokhara to Ghandruk (1950m)

DAY: 05 Ghandruk to Tadapani (2590m)

DAY: 06 Tadapani to Ghorepani (2874m)

DAY: 07 Ghorepani to Tatopani (1190m)

DAY: 08 Tatopani to Ghasa (2010m)

DAY: 09 Ghasa to Marpha (2670m)

DAY: 10 Marpha to Kagbeni (2800m)

DAY: 11 Kagbeni to Muktinath (3795m)

DAY: 12 Muktinath to Jomsom (2713m)

DAY: 13 Flight or Drive back to Kathmandu

DAY: 15 Full day sightseeing  to Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
