ISLAND PEAK

Trip Overview

The peak (6189m/ 20306ft) is named as the peak similar as an island in a sea of ice. The peak is in Everest region. Expedition to Island Peak required some basic snow climbing skills to ascent peak. These skills will be taught during your early days of climbing. Island peak is standing beautifully in-between Mt. Lhotse and AmaDablam in Chhukung valley.
Spectacular views of Giant Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, AmaDablam, Nuptse and Lhotse and many small Himalayas.
