    Trip Overview

    The trek to the base of World’s highest mountain is something like dreaming. But, after the year 1953 the world’s tourism diverted their travelling destination towards Nepal for Everest region trek. Since then the Everest Base Camp trek became one of the world’s popular trekking destination.
    High Himalayas like Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Thamserku, Mt Amadablam (6812m), Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Nuptse (7855m), Mt. Pumari (7161m), Mt. Makalu can be viewed during Everest Base Camp Trek. You could have chance to glance Blue sheep, Ghoral, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Yaks grazing around your trekking routes. Birds like colorful Danfe, Munal, Himalayan Pheasant, and Kalijcan be your refreshment elements after tiresome walk. The settlement of legendary Sherpas and their life style, their culture and tradition, their way of hospitality can also be analyses and experience during this trek.

    Everest Base Camp is  the base of Mt. Everest and Kalapathar is the Nepali word which means” Black Rock “. When you arrive Gorak Shep then you may visit Everest base camp and Early morning you can hike towards Kalapathar, the best panoramic mountain view point.

    The trek starts from Jiri by bus or by direct fly to Lukla (Tenzing-Hillary airport). When you reach to Lukla then your trekking trip started with standard hotels and lodges for proper traveller’s accommodation and for their satisfaction.
    The face to face icy facades mountains, Buddhist letter in scripted in stones, colorful prayers, manes and monasteries are major attraction during your Everest Base Camp Trek. You could have chance to see the Buddhist prayers and devotes praying in Tengboche Gumba in Namche Bazar.
    By following the footsteps of early travelling enthusiastic doing countless uphill and downhillwill lead you to the base of Everest Base Camp (5357m) passing through fast flowing rivers, forests, flora and fauna, glaciers, rocks etc.

    Detail Itinerary

    DAY: 01 Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel.

    DAY: 02  Half day sightseeing to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath temple and Bouddhanath Stupa

    DAY: 03 Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) – Phakding (2610m)

    DAY: 04 Pakding to Namche (3440m)

    DAY: 05 Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3753m)

    DAY: 06 Khumjung to Tengboche (3860m)

    DAY: 07 Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m)

    DAY: 08 Rest day and visit Chhukhung Ri (5550m) and overnight at Dingboche.

    DAY: 09 Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m)

    DAY: 10 Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5140m) and visit Everest Base Camp (5441m)

    DAY: 11 Gorak Shep to early in the morning go to Kala Patthar (5550m) and back to

    Lobuche

    DAY: 12 Lobuche to Pangboche (3930m)

    DAY: 13 Pangboche to Kyangjuma (3550m)

    DAY: 14 Kyangjuma to Phakding.

    DAY: 15 Phakding to Lukla

    DAY: 16 Fly back from Lukla – Kathmandu.

    DAY: 17 Full day sightseeing  to Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

    DAY: 18 Free day in Kathmandu.

    DAY: 19 Departure from Kathmandu
